About The Owner

Gisella Pankow was born and raised in Ecuador, where she graduated from Colegio Alemán Humboldt, a German international school in Guayaquil. She went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a concentration in Business Management from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL).

Driven by her passion for learning and professional growth, Gisella moved to the United States to continue her education, earning a Master’s degree in Administrative Studies from Boston College.  She later spent six months in Germany further developing her German language skills—an experience that also became personally meaningful when she met her future husband.

Before beginning her career in public accounting, Gisella built a diverse professional background in the hospitality and higher education sectors, gaining professional experience in Miami, Boston, Cleveland, and Berlin, Germany. She worked as an Event Manager in the hospitality industry, where she was responsible for planning and coordinating events, managing multiple priorities, and working closely with clients and professionals from diverse backgrounds. She also worked in administrative coordination within higher education, further developing her experience in academic, professional, and multicultural environments.  Complementing her international experience and passion for languages and education, Gisella earned a Certificate in Spanish Language Teaching to Adults from International House in Sevilla, Spain.  Her experience working across different cities, countries, and professional environments strengthened her organizational, communication, problem-solving, and client-service skills, while developing the attention to detail, cultural awareness, and ability to manage complex responsibilities that would later become invaluable throughout her career as a Certified Public Accountant.

With a growing interest in accounting and taxation, Gisella decided to further specialize her education and earned a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management from DeVry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management. She subsequently pursued one of her most important professional goals: becoming a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida, earning her Florida CPA license in 2022.

Gisella has worked with several CPA firms in Florida and brings more than 11 years of experience in public accounting.  Throughout her career, she has developed extensive experience assisting individuals and businesses with their accounting and tax needs.  She truly enjoys her profession and finds great satisfaction in helping clients understand their finances, navigate complex tax matters, and make informed financial decisions.

A lifelong learner, Gisella is passionate about continually expanding her knowledge, strengthening her professional expertise, and growing both personally and professionally.  Her international background, education, and diverse professional experience have given her a unique perspective and an ability to connect with clients from many different cultural and professional backgrounds.

Gisella is fluent in English, Spanish, and German and enjoys meeting new people. Outside of her professional life, she values spending quality time with her family and friends, especially her beautiful daughter, Martina, and her husband, Dr. Nikolaus Pankow.  In her free time, Gisella enjoys practicing yoga, gardening, traveling, and discovering new places and experiences.
